I was surfing the web and I stumbled upon something really nice, especially for people interested in photography/visual arts/photo editing.

The guys at GuideToArtSchools.com compiled a list of the best 11 free photo editing programs. Every program they have in the list comes with a review, download links and pros/cons.

The programs seem really great and I can’t wait to try some of them myself (they are alternatives to Adobe® Photoshop and other expensive programs used in photo manipulation).
